1. Returns - All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns or make refunds after the order is cut. We can’t re-sell your name. No refunds will be made if you send us the wrong measurements. Double check your measurements! 2. Electronic proofs - We catch 99% of errors by providing the customer with an electronic proof. This proof is an exact scale representation of the final product. We ask the customer to check spelling and overall layout, thus catching any mistake we may have made. Once the proof is approved by the customer and payment made, we will cut the order. Once cut, the order cannot be changed or refunded. 3. Order corrections - Upon receiving your order, if you should find that we have made a mistake, please contact us immediately. We will correct any mistakes that are deemed “ours” without question. However, we can not correct an order if the information or measurements given to us are in error. 4. Cancelling order - You can cancel all or part of your order until it is cut. Once cut, the sale is final. If your order involved a custom design or a complex set-up, you will be charged for this time. 5. Refunds - Refunds will be given until the order is cut. Your refund may be reduced if we spent time doing custom design or set-up work. 6. Discounts - We offer different discounts from time to time and to different groups. Only one discount will be applied to an order. If more than one discount is available, we will apply the greatest discount. |
